How to become a DAFT Virtual Assistant
Starting your successful career at The Daft Co is simple. Just follow these simple steps.
After receiving your application, we'll take a closer look to assess your qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.
Following pre-screening, we'll send an invitation for a one-on-one interview. This gives us the chance to dive deeper into your background, experience, and what motivates you in your career.
We'll bring you in for a group assessment alongside other candidates. This helps us understand your interpersonal skills, teamwork, and how well you collaborate in a group setting.
As you progress, you'll have a conclusive interview with senior personnel or decision-makers. This is where we determine how well you fit within our organization and the specific role.
Once you're part of the team, our onboarding process will ensure you smoothly integrate into our organization. We'll familiarize you with our policies, culture, and expectations.
To equip you with the skills and knowledge required for your role, we'll provide comprehensive training and guidance.

Once our Recruitment Team receives your submission, you will receive an email invite from careers@daftcompany.com for an initial interview after 1-7 working days.
After receiving the email invite, you will then continue with the Initial Interview.
After passing the Initial Interview, you will be scheduled for a Final Interview.
Once you pass the Final Interview, you will receive the Pre-Orientation instructions and schedule via email.
After the Pre-Orientation, you will then receive your training schedule. On Day 1 of training, your trainer will conduct a profiling interview which is the final step of the recruitment process.
